I don't recommend driving it if oil pressure light stays on. Timing belt are around 100k and these wet belts deteriorate rubber into the oil pickup. Done frequent oil changes and Ford approved 5w20 oil? Get someone to drop the sump and check the oil pump belt and timing belt. Hopefully the engine can be saved and just new belts and pumps.
