Tattoos are a good start, but don't particularly stand out. Perhaps some white / blue / purple glowing tattoos would stand out a lot more (Again, use Malfurion's tattoos as reference). Separating face tattoos from body tattoos would also be a good call. I wouldn't use the current eye-shadow face ones, and it would be a shame to give up tattoos
