This is what I used to get the D-Pad working. I only tested this method with a wired xbox360 controller. All the buttons, triggers, D-Pad, etc. work great! I had to reconfigure one of the triggers when I first installed the fix, other than that it was very straightforward. Below is the link to the files required for this fix.

Most cars, in driver seat, you can turn radio off by pressing [For cars passing by on roads, and discovering new locations, music is more of a warning. Church music pretty much means cult. Any location where music plays, there is always a source. Either a car parked nearby, or look for a radio somewhere and smash it.

Also I found you can do this when flying her chopper yourself, just make sure to land it in the same area you did when you originally did the mission, after this once there's no enemies around she'll have a few lines of dialogue after which you can speak to her and finish the quest. #9. The magnopulser doesn’t do anything at all. The wiki says it causes enemies and allies to fly around in a force field or something and vaporises them if you’re close enough but I’ve shot it at enemies and dead bodies at various ranges and it literally doesn’t do a thing. Also if anyone reading this happens to know what the shoes you get
